Executive Summary Requirements
· Some form of written narrative describing the project
· Business plan
· What is the total amount requested for the loan?
· Sources and uses of funds (Debt Capital Raise)
· Timeline, exit strategy, how the funds will be paid back (current or future revenue, etc.)
· Written description of the sponsor’s experience.
· Personal Financial Statement for the principal(s), including current liquidity and net worth.

Preliminary requirements:
-5MM minimum to Billions
-Executive Summary
-10% to 20% down
-Land owned, under contract, or leased
-Contact with the US Guarantor
-Signed Applications & NCND Agreements
